A billion people don’t have access to safe water. It’s hard to imagine what that looks like, so here we’d like to tell you about a few special projects and individuals that make the numbers real. Charity Water.Org Projects. It is amazing in our times that so many people have this basic need. Twitter users around the world are joining forces to assist in this effort to make a difference on February 12th. In my area the Toronto Twestival is coming together. If you want to get involved check the Twestival page for events in your corner of the globe. This is wonderul use of social media for the common good.
Here is another video by a popular net contributor Justine Ezarik @iJustine who is involved in the Los Angeles Twestival. If you cannot attend a Twestival event but you want to help Donate and join the social media and marketing community in the quest for clean drinking water. I think we can all spare a drink.

Not so long ago I found this website and have been reading along. I thought I could leave my first comment. I dont know exactly what to say except that I have really loved reading it. Interesting website. I will keep coming to this site very often. I have also taken the feed for updates.
